Tomás provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to private equity firms, entrepreneurs, family-owned and multinational companies, with focus in cross-border and Spanish transactions mostly within the Business Services and Technology industries.

Tomás has a genuine interest in collaborating closely and analyzing all types of businesses, providing honest and insightful advice to each transaction throughout the entire process.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tomás was an Analyst at Socios Financieros, an independent Spanish investment bank specialized in M&A.

Tomás earned a bachelor’s degree in business and management with a major in finance from IE University.
