Toby provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to clients in the business services industry, with a focus on the professional services and testing, inspection and certification sectors. He has extensive experience advising founders, management teams and financial sponsors on domestic and cross-border transactions.

Toby collaborates closely with his clients to understand their strategic objectives and navigate the nuances associated with their business and end markets. He harnesses these insights in conjunction with his deep industry knowledge and network to deliver pertinent, substantive and effective advice.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Toby was an Associate at Jefferies.

Toby earned a Bachelor of Science in economics and management from King’s College London with first-class honors.
