Scott Archer

I build trust and long-lasting relationships with clients by providing hands-on, market-specific advice that delivers successful outcomes while streamlining the debt raising process.

Scott is part of Lincoln’s Capital Advisory Group and advises private equity and corporate clients on a wide variety of financing activities, including leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations, other refinancing events and covenant restructures.

Scott leverages his broad range of debt advisory and financial services experience to help deliver effective and pertinent solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Scott was an Associate Director in the debt advisory team of a boutique London firm where he focused on leveraged finance transactions. Scott also has experience as a banking and finance solicitor in New Zealand, where he provided financing legal advice to blue-chip clients before joining PwC NZ, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, valuation and strategic mandates.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in finance) from the University of Otago, New Zealand (including a period of study at Boston College). He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
