Richard Parsons

I invest time in understanding my clients' strategic objectives and expectations to enhance relationships beyond the transaction.

Richard leads the firm’s efforts to enhance connectivity with key local and international sponsors in the UK. He supports building their businesses by providing new investment opportunities or assisting them to sell or refinance their existing portfolio companies.

Leveraging his more than two decades of financial services experience, Richard fosters long-lasting relationships with private equity professionals, gaining deep insight into the drivers of success and intricacies of each individual client.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Richard was Partner, Head of Private Equity Coverage at Deloitte. Previously, he was a Corporate Finalist Generalist at Hawkpoint Partners where he focused on mid-market private equity transactions.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in natural sciences from Durham University.
