Ranga serves as Senior Advisor to Lincoln International’s Healthcare group.
Ranga consults with Indian and multinational pharmaceutical companies, private equity firms and investment banks on business strategy and business development. He also provides advisory on mergers and acquisitions, growth equity transactions and joint ventures.
Ranga has 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in India having served as Managing Director of Wyeth India for 10 years and as CFO of Cyanamid. Through an interpersonal approach, Ranga has established trusted relationships with Indian and multinational pharmaceutical companies. Ranga was rated 33rd most influential person in the global pharma industry in 2009 by World Pharmaceutical Frontiers, a leading UK pharma magazine.
Ranga currently serves as an independent director on the board of Atul Biosciences Ltd, and previously served on the boards of Sanofi India Limited and Aurobindo Pharma. Ranga was President of the Organization of Pharmaceutical Producers of India, President of American Chamber of Commerce in India (Mumbai Chapter)and Managing Committee member of the Bombay Chapter of Commerce.
Ranga earned a Master of Commerce, a Master of Financial Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bombay University.
