Pierluigi Bugari

Pierluigi advises private equity firms, public corporates and privately held businesses on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts, asset disposals and corporate carve-outs. He has worked on numerous domestic and cross-border mandates across various markets and industries.

In his career, Pierluigi has experience working with clients on sell-side and buy-side assignments in the mid-market space. He has also gained valuable experience on large transactions, working alongside corporate and private equity clients.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Pierluigi worked as an M&A Associate in the global investment banking division of Crédit Agricole CIB. He started his professional career at Lincoln International as an Analyst and Associate providing M&A advisory services.

Pierluigi holds a Master of Science in management from Bocconi University. He is native Italian and fluent in English.
