Nicole Zenker

Nicole provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the business services industry, with a focus on specialty distribution, commercial and facilities services and niche manufacturing companies.

Leveraging her nearly two decades of industry experience, Nicole has advised on numerous sell-side transactions for private equity and leading private companies, with a multitude of repeat clients. She is passionate about implementing hands-on flawless execution and relentless process management to deliver premium process outcomes to all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Nicole was a Director at Piper Sandler in the services and industrials investment banking group. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President at BB&T Capital Markets in the commercial and industrial group.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary.
