I seek to support my clients with insight and perspective as the evolving landscape in financing markets grows to become more complex with bespoke solutions that meet their strategic objectives.

Neil is a member of the Capital Advisory Group focused on raising debt capital for his clients across a range of industries. Neil arranges financings for a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, recapitalizations and refinancings. His clients include private equity sponsors, independent sponsors and private companies.

With nearly 20 years of experience in direct lending and leveraged finance, Neil offers his clients strategic insight on the debt capital markets.  Neil focuses on delivering strong execution and perspective to sponsors and borrowers utilizing his established relationships with capital sources together with deal acumen.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Neil was a Director at Benefit Street Partners for 10 years, where he focused on providing direct lending solutions to sponsors including first lien, unitranche, second lien and mezzanine financings. Previously, Neil spent time at Ares Management in their BDC and as a private equity associate at Brentwood Associates. He began his career at Credit Suisse in the Leveraged Finance group.

Neil earned a Bachelor of Arts in honors business administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo both in Canada.
