Moyo provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory to leading private equity clients, founder-owned and publicly-held healthcare companies across a variety of sectors, including technology, pharmaceutical services, life sciences, provider-based services and facility-based services, among others.
Moyo works to understand the nature of his clients’ businesses in order to best support their needs as a trusted advisor while directly impacting the progressive transformation and efficiencies within the healthcare space.
Moyo began his career as a systems engineer at Motorola before transitioning into the finance industry with Ernst & Young within the transaction real estate group. He then pivoted to M&A at Stout and Houlihan Lokey prior to joining Lincoln.
Moyo earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University, a Master of Science in finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
