Monica Hino

I enjoy building creative and innovative paths for my clients to achieve their goals and develop long-term and trusting relationships.

Monica manages and executes mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory supporting clients in developing strategies and implementing their investment theses. She advises mid-market companies across a wide range of industries.

Monica has experience in sales, financial planning and analysis and business development along with resilience and a willingness to learn, which led her to her current path in M&A.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Monica spent over a decade at Invistia M&A where she developed sell-side and buy-side transactions for her clients. Previously, Monica worked for B2Sys Consulting, Rosegarden Private Equity and IBM in various consulting and project management roles.

Monica earned a bachelor’s degree from Escola Politecnica at the University of São Paulo. She speaks Portuguese and English.
