Milap leads transactions in the technology and business services industries in India. He has extensive experience and a successful track record of advising clients on both sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raise transactions.
Milap focuses on building long-term, trusted relationships with his clients by regularly sharing strategic advice for larger value creation. He has strong expertise in structuring transactions for private as well as publicly listed companies. He has led transactions across IT services, data and analytics, product engineering and outsourced services sectors.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Milap was part of investment banking teams at BDA Partners, Edelweiss and J.P. Morgan where he led multiple cross-border and domestic transactions. Previously, Milap was a software engineer with Infosys.
Milap earned a Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering from M. S. University.
