Mihir Shah

I develop innovative and practical financing solutions that meet my client’s objectives while also providing transparency throughout the transaction process.

Mihir advises technology-focused private equity firms and corporations on the structuring and arranging of financing for mergers, buy-outs, dividend recapitalizations, growth initiatives and refinancings. He is active in vertical and enterprise software, artificial intelligence, telematics / logistics, cybersecurity, tech-enabled services, digital health and customer experience subsectors.

With more than two decades of investment banking experience, Mihir offers his clients strategic insights on capital markets. He focuses on providing thoughtful go-to-market strategies to help his clients achieve their financing goals while developing a thoughtful credit and equity thesis for investors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Mihir was a Managing Director at CIT in the TMT finance group where he led west coast technology sponsor coverage and the build-out of the recurring revenue loan business. Previously, he was a member of the investment banking division at Société Générale and Citigroup.

Mihir earned a dual Bachelor of Science in finance and information systems from the New York University Stern School of Business.
