Michael is responsible for establishing and strengthening Lincoln’s relationships with financial sponsors on the West Coast. He supports private equity funds and family offices by providing access to new investment opportunities and assisting in selling or refinancing their existing portfolio companies.
Michael has significant investment banking experience across a wide array of products. He has advised on buy-side and sell-side cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), high-yield note offerings, securitizations, follow-on equity offerings, convertible securities and revolving credit facilities. He has analyzed M&A opportunities and other strategic alternatives for Fortune 500 companies, owner-entrepreneurs and private equity firms and their portfolio companies across numerous industries.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Michael was an Associate in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Barclays Capital in New York. Prior to beginning his investment banking career, Michael worked at Intel Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the USC Marshall School of Business.
