Leander provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to private equity firms and entrepreneurs in the DACH region, with a focus on the technology industry.

Leander aligns his clients’ strategic goals with dynamic market trends, enabling him to deliver impactful advice that supports both short-term wins and long-term growth.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Leander was a Vice President at TCG Corporate Finance, which was acquired by Lincoln in 2024. Previously, he was an Associate Vice President at Commerzbank where he advised family-owned and public companies as well as financial investors on cross-boarder M&A transactions.

Leander earned a degree from the International School of Management, Munich.
