Keith provides capital advisory services in connection with a variety of transactions including acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations and restructurings to a diverse set of clients and stakeholders.

Keith works closely with his clients to analyze their short and long-term strategic goals, enabling him to effectively convey their business propositions to lenders with precision and insight.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Keith was an Associate at Stephens where he focused on arranging private and public financings across the capital structure. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst – Syndicated and Leveraged Finance at BBVA.

Keith earned a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Oklahoma State University.
