John McClure

Focusing primarily on automotive technology, John provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services in Lincoln’s Industrials Group.

John brings more than 20 years of senior management experience to the firm, having worked with clients in semiconductors, battery technology, electronic vehicle (EV) manufacturing, charging, sensors, autonomy and telematics.

Prior to joining Lincoln, John was Vice President Global Growth & Business Development at Arrival where he led the business development and global go-to-market activities. Previously, John was a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech where he led electronics and auto tech investment banking. Before that, John was a Managing Director & Global Head of Electronics and Auto Tech at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to banking, John held senior strategy and corporate development roles at Intel, Applied Materials and Philips Electronics.

John has a Master of Business Administration from the IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Denver.
