John provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to founder-owned, private equity-backed and public companies. As a member of Lincoln’s Business Services Group, he specializes in middle market buy-side and sell-side transactions.

John brings extensive expertise in financial services, financial modeling and valuations, enabling him to analyze complex financial structures and deliver tailored solutions. He takes a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to advisory services, focused on building lasting client relationships and achieving exceptional outcomes.

Prior to joining Lincoln’s M&A team, John worked in the firm’s Valuations and Opinions Group. Before that, he was part of Ernst & Young’s financial services practice as a Certified Public Accountant.

John earned a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
