Jens Gerlach

Jens provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory to clients across the entire healthcare spectrum. He has experience in complex sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as capital advisory engagements, and has completed various private and public transactions with international corporations, financial sponsors and owner-managed businesses.

Jens has a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, having worked with companies in the hospital, rehab, physician practices, nursing and home care sectors. He has also gained experience in healthcare software, medical technology and equipment manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jens worked as a Director and Vice President in the healthcare investment banking practice at Raymond James. Previously, Jens worked in Citigroup’s investment banking department and in Berenberg’s corporate finance practice.

Jens earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Goethe University Frankfurt.
