Who We Are / Our People / Jamie Shontz

Jamie advises corporate and private equity clients within Lincoln’s Capital Advisory Group on the structuring and arranging of financing for a variety of transactions.

Jamie also has significant M&A experience and is well-versed in both cross-border and domestic transactions, previously supporting ownership and management teams in tailoring the positioning of their business to execute a bespoke sale process that maximizes transaction value.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jamie was a Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance on the industrial technology banking team where he focused on mid-market M&A and debt transactions.

Jamie has a Bachelor of Arts in financial economics from New York University.
