Francesca provides M&A advisory services to clients across the entire healthcare and life sciences spectrum. She has experience in complex sell-side and buy-side transactions with international corporations, financial sponsors and owner-managed businesses.
Francesca has a deep knowledge of the healthcare services industry, having worked with companies in the dental, fertility, veterinary and specialist / social care sectors. She also has strong sector expertise in outsourced pharma-services, healthcare IT, medical technology and medical distribution sectors. Francesca is dedicated to driving success through tailored M&A processes and carefully considered positioning strategies.
Prior to joining Lincoln in 2023, Francesca was a Corporate Finance Manager at Ernst & Young, advising privately owned businesses and private equity on middle market M&A deals across Europe and the US. Previously, Francesca worked at Haleon (formerly known as GSK Consumer Healthcare).
Francesca earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with honors from the University of Bath.
