Eddie Krule

I have a hands-on approach and bring energy, creativity and passion to every client transaction.

Eddie has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and managing transactions for leading privately owned businesses, private equity firms and public companies. He advises on a range of mid-market M&A transactions, including sell-side transactions and other strategic advisory mandates.

Eddie specializes in advising companies within the consumer space, with a focus on the broader e-commerce ecosystem, spanning digitally native businesses through marketplace-focused platforms as well as enthusiast consumer brands across the home and houseware, juvenile and consumer durable sectors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Eddie worked within the consumer group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, he spent several years in the renewable energy and emerging technology sector while at GreatPoint Energy and Lux Research.

Eddie earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University.
