Dean provides buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to local and international private equity funds as well as corporations in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industry.

Leveraging his industry and broader financial services experience, Dean works closely with clients to understand their unique objectives, guiding them through transactions in a prepared, informed and efficient manner.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Dean was an Associate, Financial Services & Technology Investment Banking at Houlihan Lokey. Previously, he was a Corporate Finance Manager at Grant Thornton.

Dean earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from Stellenbosch University. He is a South African chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst.
