Davide provides capital advisory services to private equity firms and corporations for a broad range of situations including leveraged buyouts, restructurings and refinancings.

Davide harnesses his expertise to offer distinctive perspectives, aiding clients in navigating intricate capital structure requirements and addressing challenging company-specific and macroeconomic factors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Davide was a Senior Manager, M&A Debt Advisory at PWC. Previously, he was a Consultant in the restructuring advisory practice at KPMG.

Davide earned a Master in Management from ESCP and a Master of Science in Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in economics and business from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice.
