Cooper is responsible for the management and execution of valuation and transaction opinion engagements, providing services to investment funds, public and privately held companies and boards and special committees. He is regularly involved with fairness and solvency opinions as well as valuations of illiquid equity securities and complex financial instruments.

Leveraging his expertise spanning various industries, Cooper collaborates closely with clients to address intricate financial challenges, aiding them in decision-making through the delivery of lucid and succinct analyses.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Cooper was a Vice President at BVA Group where he provided a variety of valuation and litigation support services.

Cooper earned a Master of Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in business fellows, finance and accounting with a minor in mathematics from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
