Charlie provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the industrials sector. He has extensive experience executing both buy-side and sell-side cross-border and domestic transactions for leading private equity-backed, public and privately held companies in the industrials sector.

Charlie specializes in advising clients in building products, energy, power and infrastructure, engineered components, industrial technology and safety products. He focuses on providing solutions that are tailored to fit each client’s unique objectives, helping clients evaluate and achieve their strategic objectives in complex transaction environments.

Charlie has spent his entire career at Lincoln, joining as an Analyst in 2019.

Charlie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
