Bradley Hale

I believe a successful advisory relationship is built on prepared trust and transparency – this does not develop immediately but provides a highly effective framework to understand and address client needs.

Bradley provides buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, public companies and privately owned businesses in the technology, media and telecom industry (TMT), with a focus on software.

Bradley’s financial advisory expertise, investor background and extensive industry knowledge enable him to understand client expectations and confidently advise his clients in navigating various liquidity strategies and successful business decisions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Bradley was an Associate at Spurrier Capital Partners, which was acquired by the firm in early 2022. Previously, Bradley worked in venture capital at 220 Sports Capital investing across sports, media and entertainment companies. He began his career at GLC Advisors, an investment banking firm focused on technology and financial services companies, including a Utah-based ski resort.

Bradley earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Colorado College, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.
