Brad provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory to clients across the industrials sector. He has experience in both buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as domestic and cross-border transactions, working closely with private equity firms as well as publicly- and privately-held companies.

Brad focuses on fully understanding each of his client’s transaction objectives and the unique circumstances they face. He utilizes his M&A experience to develop tailored processes to achieve those outlined objectives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Brad worked at Benford Capital where he focused on evaluating investment opportunities and supporting portfolio company operations for a mid-market private equity firm.  Previously, he worked at The Griffing Group and Duff & Phelps where he performed valuations on a variety of business enterprises, assets and ownership interests.

Brad earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
