Beatriz provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to private equity firms, entrepreneurs and family-owned and multinational companies, with a focus on the food and beverage, consumer products, apparel and beauty sectors.

Beatriz harnesses her industry knowledge and in-depth understanding of the market’s business dynamics to provide her clients with tailored advice and support throughout the entire transaction process.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Beatriz held different roles in corporate and investment banking at BBVA and HSBC.

Beatriz earned a double bachelor’s degree in law and business administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She also studied at the University of Leeds.
