Anne Marie provides buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity-owned and privately held clients in the business services industry.

Harnessing her decade of financial services expertise and analytical approach, Anne Marie runs well-rounded and efficient processes. She works closely with clients to understand and communicate their authentic growth stories to achieve positive outcomes that meet objectives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Anne Marie worked at Freddie Mac on payment modernization initiatives for funds and security processing. Previously, she was an Associate at PwC in its financial markets group where she focused on valuation and transaction advisory for fixed income and other esoteric securities.

Anne Marie earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a specialization in finance from Ohio State University.
