Who We Are / Our People / Andrew McDonald

Andrew provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to clients in the consumer industry. He has extensive experience working alongside private equity firms, entrepreneurs and business owners on sell-side and capital raise transactions.

Andrew works closely with his clients to understand their unique business objectives, which enables him to provide tailored support and advice throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Andrew was a Performance Analyst at CBRE Global Investors where he focused on supporting the Strategic Partners series of real estate funds. Previously, he was a Financial Analyst at Gibson Dunn where he provided operational analytics and financial reporting services.

Andrew earned a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in both finance and economics from Penn State University.
