Lincoln Partners Appoints Mike Iannelli to Senior Vice President
Lincoln Partners, LLC, a leading mid-market investment bank headquartered in Chicago, today announced that Mike Iannelli has been appointed to the position of senior vice president.
Iannelli, 38, serves as a senior member of the business services industry group and is responsible for leading deal teams in managing all aspects of transactions and for further enhancing the firm’s expertise in this industry area. He also will be responsible for managing key client relationships and marketing Lincoln Partners broad range of financial services.

Prior to joining Lincoln Partners, Iannelli spent six years at Svoboda, Collins LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he led the firm’s business services investing activity. Additionally, Iannelli served as a director at a number of portfolio companies including SmithBucklin Corporation, Austin Logistics, Inc. and Nth Degree Global LLC.
Iannelli was a member of the corporate finance department of William Blair & Company for five years where he played a key role in developing the firm’s business services industry group. Iannelli began his investment banking career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co.
Iannelli received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his master of business administration from Harvard University. He is the eighth new hire Lincoln Partners has made in the past six months, along with several senior promotions in recognition of the firm’s increasing business.
