Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Kristin Marvin has joined the firm as General Counsel and that Sarah Haque has been appointed as Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel. Both Kristin and Sarah are based at the firm’s headquarters in Chicago.

“We are in an increasingly complex business and regulatory environment and are thrilled to regain Kristin’s knowledge and expertise, garnered from her most recent role as General Counsel at a public company – as well as deep Lincoln institutional knowledge garnered from her time as Associate General Counsel for our firm from 2015 to 2018,” Rob Brown, Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln commented. “As we expand and the regulatory environment evolves, compliance takes on increasing importance.
