Lincoln International adds Rickard Raudsepp as Managing Director

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Rickard Raudsepp has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Consumer Group in Stockholm.

Rickard will provide mergers and acquisitions advisory services to corporations as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the Nordics, with a focus on the consumer goods and e-commerce industries. He brings 15+ years of experience to the firm.

Rickard’s appointment aligns with Lincoln’s strategy of investing in senior expertise through lateral Managing Director hires, including Brian Little and Joe Sparacino who also joined to partner with consumer clients earlier this year. These efforts have resulted in 9 new Managing Directors in Europe and 18 globally, across the firm in 2024.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Rickard was a Director at Houlihan Lokey in its consumer group. Previously, he was a Director at GCA Altium which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
