Lincoln International adds Lalit Kasat as Managing Director in London

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Lalit Kasat has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group in London.

Lalit brings two decades of investment banking expertise to the firm with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) software, data and analytics and technology-enabled services. He will provide mergers and acquisitions advisory and growth equity fundraising services to private equity firms, founders and corporations in the TMT industry.

“TMT and software businesses continue to be attractive investment opportunities and leaders in that space are seeking advisory services that combine deep sector expertise and illustrative outcomes,” Chris Brooks, Managing Director and co-head of Lincoln’s European TMT Group, commented.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Lalit was a Managing Director at Torch Partners where he focused on the B2B enterprise software, tech-enabled and data and analytics sectors. Previously, he was a Director at Houlihan Lokey / Quayle Munro. He also spent more than a decade at Morgan Stanley
