NEW YORK, MAY 19, 2008—Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, announced today that E. Franklin Harris has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Based in Lincoln International’s New York office, Harris will be primarily responsible for establishing and strengthening the firm’s relationships with financial sponsors, with a particular emphasis on the East Coast.

Harris has approximately 15 years of experience in investment banking and has completed a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, financings and other advisory assignments. Prior to joining Lincoln International, Harris was a Managing Director and Head of the Financial Sponsors Group at Miller Buckfire & Co., a New York investment bank.

Before his four years at Miller Buckfire, Harris was a Senior Vice President with Lehman Brothers in their Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Harris also spent seven years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the firm’s Health Care and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups.

Harris holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Biology and Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
