Lincoln International Adds Senior Vice President to Support Growth in New York

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, today announced the addition of Robert Crawford as senior vice president. Crawford is based in the firm’s New York office where he is charged with helping the firm cultivate and grow new and existing private equity relationships, as well as expand the reach and capability of the firm’s building products group.

Crawford, 37, brings more than 13 years of extensive merger and acquisition and entrepreneurial experience to Lincoln International. Prior to joining the firm, Crawford was a co-founder of a New York-based investment banking boutique focused on mergers and acquisitions. In prior roles, he also served as vice president in the Mergers & Strategic Advisory department at Goldman Sachs & Company, where he began his career as a financial analyst. Crawford brings broad knowledge of the mid-market, based on his experience providing merger and acquisition advisory services to clients while working for former mid-market investment banking firm Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. in Charlotte, N.C.

Crawford graduated summa cum laude as valedictorian of Morehouse College in Atlanta in 1991, and earned his MBA from Harvard University in 1996.
