Flexpoint Ford has acquired MGA Homecare
Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, MGA is a large provider of home-based pediatric nursing, certified nurse assistant and pediatric therapy services. The company serves children with medically complex conditions and has operations in Arizona, Colorado and Texas. As exclusive financial advisor to Flexpoint Ford, Lincoln International provided industry expertise, valuation and strategic guidance, advisory services and diligence support services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
