Tigmanshu provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in Lincoln’s Technology Group with a primary focus on IT services and the enterprise software sectors. He has experience in executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, including cross-border mandates, venture capital and growth equity fundraising projects.

Tigmanshu focuses on developing long-term relationships with clients, providing strategic advice for success throughout their company’s lifecycle. He takes a consultative approach providing strategic advice and market insights to clients at each stage of the transaction.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tigmanshu worked at EY in its investment banking group as an Associate Vice President advising technology companies. Previously, he worked at Equirus Capital and Goldman Sachs India.

Tigmanshu earned a Master of Business Administration from the Management Development Institute (MDI) in Gurgaon and a Bachelor of Technology, Electrical from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Bhopal.
