Sun Capital Partners Affiliate has acquired National Tree Company
Founded by Sal Puleo in 1990 and headquartered in New Jersey, National Tree is a leading e-commerce wholesaler of seasonal and holiday décor, with a particular focus on the Christmas holiday. Its products include artificial trees, wreaths, garlands, decorative accessories and shrubs. National Tree offers more than 4,500 SKUs and has strong relationships with many of the most popular online retailers.
