Details: Attends Healthcare, Inc., a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, completed its second dividend recapitalization with the assistance of Lincoln International. As part of the transaction, Lincoln served as exclusive financial advisor to Attends and KPS, and helped structure and negotiate a $40 million dividend with existing lenders, Wells Fargo and Regiment. The Company amended and increased its existing credit facilities from $98 million to $133 million to finance the dividend to shareholders.
