Schneider Electric has sold Xantrex’s Mobile Power Assets to Mission Critical Electronics
Based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Xantrex is the global leader in the development, manufacturing and marketing of advanced power electronic products and systems for the mobile power industry. The company’s power solutions portfolio includes power inverters, inverter / chargers, power accessories, battery chargers and backup power for the recreational vehicle, marine, heavy duty truck, work and specialty vehicle, bus and industrial markets.

This included providing M&A and industry expertise, as well as managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
