Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company have sold Nyloncraft to Dickten Masch Plastics
Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Nyloncraft, Inc. (“Nyloncraft” or the “Company”) has been sold to Dickten Masch Plastics, a portfolio company of the Patmian Group. Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Nyloncraft, working closely with management and HKW throughout the sale process. Nyloncraft was a portfolio company of Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. (“HKW”), a private equity firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1956 and based in Mishawaka, Indiana, with an additional manufacturing facility in Jonesville, Michigan, Nyloncraft is a leading provider of innovative plastic molding solutions serving the automotive, transportation, industrial and medical markets.
