Incline Equity Partners has sold Orthotic Holdings to Frazier Healthcare
Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced that Orthotic Holdings, Inc. (“OHI”) has been sold to Frazier Healthcare. (“Frazier”). OHI was a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners (“Incline”).
Doing business as The Orthotic Group, Langer Biomechanics and Arizona AFO, Orthotic Holdings, Inc. is a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of high quality, predominantly custom and branded medical products that treat foot, ankle and lower leg related conditions and diseases. OHI is recognized as a North American market leader and has developed significant and longstanding relationships across attractive and growing healthcare provider channels through the development and deployment of its innovative foot scanning technology solutions. Lincoln International acted as the financial advisor to Incline and OHI, working closely with the OHI’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
