Linsalata Capital Partners has sold Tranzonic to Silver Oak Services Partners
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that The Tranzonic Companies (“Tranzonic” or the “Company”) has been sold to Silver Oak Services Partners (“Silver Oak”), a private equity firm based in Evanston, Illinois. Tranzonic was a portfolio company of Linsalata Capital Partners (“Linsalata”), a private equity firm based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Richmond Heights, Ohio, Tranzonic is a leading distributor of a wide array of away-from-home disposable absorbent and non-absorbent maintenance, cleaning and safety products. Tranzonic offers a comprehensive suite of janitorial and sanitation products, including wipers, toilet seat covers, feminine hygiene and other cleaning and janitorial supplies. Tranzonic’s focused distribution business and unique value-added services have established it as a leading service-oriented full line provider of industry leading products.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Tranzonic and Linsalata, working closely with the management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Previously, Lincoln advised Linsalata on the 2012 divestiture of the HOSPECO-Personal Care division of Tranzonic to Albaad USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Israel-based Albaad Massuot Yitzhak Ltd (TASE: ALBA).
