Who We Are / Our People / Olivia Guillaume

Olivia raises debt capital and arranges financings for a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, dividend recapitalizations and refinancings. Her clients include private equity sponsors, family offices, independent sponsors and private companies.

Olivia is involved with financings and financial advisory assignments covering a wide variety of industries and transaction types.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Olivia worked within the structured finance team of BNP Paribas, where she conducted financing for small and mid-sized companies and was involved in arranging senior debts, refinancing, capex facilities and leading syndication processes. Olivia started her career at EY in the audit department.

Olivia earned a Master of Science in Management from ESCP Europe (Master Grande Ecole) and City University (London).
