Baird Capital has sold MedPlast to Water Street Healthcare Partners and JLL Partners

Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Baird Capital has sold MedPlast Holdings, Inc. (“MedPlast” or the “Company”) to Water Street Healthcare Partners and JLL Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MedPlast, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, is a leading global provider of vertically integrated custom plastic processing solutions for medical device applications. The Company offers a range of engineering and manufacturing capabilities that support the world’s leading original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) with producing diagnostic, orthopedic, surgical and other medical products. MedPlast employs more than 1,800 engineers, technicians and assembly workers who specialize in technical molding, advanced processing, medical device assembly and implantables, with a deep expertise in plastics.
