Reader‘s Digest German Region has been sold to Spanish CIL Inversiones

Lincoln International (“Lincoln”) is pleased to announce the successful sale of Reader’s Digest German Region (the “Company”) for U.S.-based Trusted Media Brands Inc. to Spanish group CIL Inversiones. Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the American shareholder. It was essential to the process to develop a convincing e-commerce strategy for the Company, and to reflect Trusted Media Brands’ carve-out objectives versus licensing and brand protection in the final transaction structure. Detailed terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
