HKW has sold Corporate Visions to Sentinel Capital Partners
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Corporate Visions, Inc. (“Corporate Visions” or the “Company”) has been sold to Sentinel Capital Partners (“Sentinel”), a New York-based private equity firm. Corporate Visions was a portfolio company of Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. (“HKW”), an Indianapolis-based private equity firm that invests in the lower mid-market. Corporate Visions was a portfolio company of HKW since 2010. Since its original investment, HKW partnered with Joe Terry, Chief Executive Officer, and the senior management team to support the Company’s growth strategy organically and through four add-on acquisitions. Going forward, Sentinel is partnering with the existing management team to continue to scale and expand the platform.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Corporate Visions and HKW, working closely with the management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
