E.I.S. Holding has been acquired by EQT and the Management
EQT Mid-Market GP B.V. and the Management of E.I.S. Group have jointly acquired 100% of the shares in E.I.S. Holding GmbH.
E.I.S. Group is an innovative provider of products and services focused on high-growth segments of the aerospace market with more than 60 years of innovation, design and service experience. The Company designs and produces complex, tight-tolerance cabin interior parts and assemblies made from thermoplastic and composite materials. Complementary to its cabin products, E.I.S. Aircraft offers comprehensive after-market MRO services including cabin MRO and aircraft line and base maintenance. In addition E.I.S. Aircraft offers simulation and training services to the German Armed Forces “Bundeswehr” and other public authorities (flight and sea training).
E.I.S. Group possesses all relevant approvals and accredited certifications throughout the whole value chain. The Company’s unique capabilities as a solutions provider have created exclusive long-term relationships with its customers who are OEMs, major Tier 1 aerospace suppliers and airlines. E.I.S. enjoys a single-source position over almost all of its contracts.
