DoublePositive Marketing Group has been sold to Output Services Group
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that DoublePositive Marketing Group, Inc. (“DoublePositive” or the “Company”) has been sold to Output Services Group, LLC (“OSG”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004, DoublePositive is a highly differentiated marketing technology platform specializing in performance-based customer acquisition efforts across multiple consumer engagement channels. Through the Company’s proprietary lead qualification and transfers technologies, and its digital advertising solutions, DoublePositive accelerates full-funnel demand generation for highly visible brands and their agency partners. The Company’s complex but flexible delivery model is increasingly valuable as new client verticals explore advanced digital marketing strategies and new distribution channels are introduced to the market. Notably, DoublePositive was twice named to the Inc 500 l 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to DoublePositive, working closely with the management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. Lincoln’s role included providing mergers and acquisitions advisory expertise, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with and contacting buyers, managing due diligence and assisting in the final negotiation phases of the transaction.
